This online course includes a pre-recorded, self-paced audio and video and downloadable workbook in PDF format that we recommend printing.

How long will the course take to complete?
Each of the three modules includes a video that runs up to 30 minutes in length and a corresponding workbook that you will complete at your own pace. You can expect to spend approximately 4 - 5 hours completing this course from start to finish.

What certifications does the author have?
The course author, Debbie Fimple, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC). Debbie completed health coach training through the Institute for Functional Medicine. She also holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado.

The course will be completed on Practice Better, which requires account creation. To take a course on Practice Better, you need a device with internet access, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Ensure you have a modern web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) and an updated operating system. A stable internet connection is essential for accessing course materials, participating in online sessions, and interacting with the course platform smoothly.
How much does the course cost and how long do I have access to it?
The course price is $195. For a limited time the course is available for a special introductory price of $95 with the code; BLUEPRINT (all caps). You have one year to complete the course from registration.
